The Ohlenforst—our restaurant in Wassenberg-Effeld—has been welcoming guests from near and far for about 200 years. What began as a farm with a tavern and its own brewery is now a restaurant known far beyond the state’s borders, which we are now running in its third generation. Located in the heart of the idyllic “gold and asparagus village” of Effeld, we offer traditional, home-style cuisine, prepared for you by our team with the highest standards and expert culinary skill.
